The best season travel in Beijing - A large number of my foreign friends, who want to come to Beijing after the Beijing Olympics, they asked me when is the best season travel to Beijing especially in 2008? Here I expatiate my point of view, I hope it can be useful for you: The best season come to Beijing is autumn, when climate is moderate. And the maple leaves on the fragrant hill turn red. Beijing Olympic Village is worthy to visit .Most of Olympic Stadiums will be open to the public during this year of National Day holiday, including Bird Nest and Water Cube, it must be a peak season during this time. So I advise you come to Beijing after the National Day holiday (10.1-10.7). You can enjoy your trip if you escape from the peak season---the people in the scenic spots will be less, the hotel will offer more discounts, tour routes will be less expensive than before....

Balsamic vinegar-what is Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale like? - Hi A while back I bought a pretty good balsamic vinegar but I finished the bottle and when I go back to the store they have switched to another brand that is not that great. Now I'm tempted to buy the real thing: Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale di Modena. I see they come in two version: the 12 year old and the 25 year old versions. Have any of you guys tested these?
